Calendly sells six plans, each priced per seat. I read its pricing page and help center on 27 October 2026, and these are the US prices before any tax: Free costs $0, Standard is $10 a seat a month billed yearly or $12 billed monthly, Teams is $16 billed yearly or $20 monthly, and Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year for 50 seats.
The other two plans sit behind a switch. Turn on "Add Notetaker & Callie" and Standard becomes Standard Plus at $18 a seat billed yearly or $24 monthly, while Teams becomes Teams Plus at $24 or $32. Most people only choose between Free and Standard. The switch is the new decision.
Calendly pricing in five lines (October 2026)
- Six plans, priced per seat, US prices read 27 October 2026: Free; Standard $10 a seat a month billed yearly or $12 monthly; Teams $16 billed yearly or $20 monthly; Standard Plus $18 or $24 and Teams Plus $24 or $32 on the same two terms; Enterprise from $15,000 a year.
- Free means one active event type and one calendar, with no payments or reminders; new accounts get 14 days of Teams Plus first, no card.
- The Notetaker and Callie switch costs $8 a seat on yearly billing and $12 on monthly, and Callie needs a Plus plan.
- Teams gets cheaper per seat past 30 seats, on yearly billing only.
- Every seat is billed whether anyone uses it, and Calendly calls its payments generally non-refundable.
How I read the prices
I read Calendly's pricing page on 27 October 2026 in both billing states, with the Notetaker and Callie switch off and on, plus its help center, its sign-up page and its blog post on the Free plan. The three alternatives near the end were read the same day. Two things about Calendly's page change what you see:
- It opens on yearly billing. The big $10 and $16 are per-month rates on a yearly plan; click "Billed monthly" for $12 and $20.
- Two plans appear only behind the switch, and flipping it on one card flips it on the other.
Calendly also bills new UK and Eurozone subscriptions in pounds and euros. This post uses the US English page, in dollars.
The page shows four cards, yet Calendly's help center says "Calendly offers six plans", because Standard Plus and Teams Plus appear only when the switch is on. Essentials and Professional closed to new customers in December 2024, and anyone still on one keeps its price and features unless they switch plans.
Calendly plans at a glance
Here are all six side by side, US prices as of October 2026. Read the last column too, because Calendly bills every seat you buy.
| Plan | Billed yearly, per seat a month (yearly total) | Billed monthly, per seat | What it adds | Seats and limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | One active event type, one calendar, unlimited one-on-one meetings | One person; buy seats to add anyone |
| Standard | $10 ($120) | $12 | Unlimited event types, six calendars, group events, payments, reminders | Per seat, filled or not |
| Standard Plus | $18 ($216) | $24 | Standard plus unlimited Notetaker recaps and Callie (Beta) | Per seat, filled or not |
| Teams | $16 ($192) | $20 | Round robin, routing forms, Salesforce, admin controls | Per seat; cheaper past 30 seats on yearly billing |
| Teams Plus | $24 ($288) | $32 | Teams plus Notetaker and Callie | Per seat; cheaper past 30 seats on yearly billing |
| Enterprise | From $15,000 a year | None published | SSO, SCIM, Microsoft Dynamics, phone support | From 50 seats; USD only |
Calendly's US pricing page, both billing states and both switch positions, read 27 October 2026. "Billed yearly" is the default view, so the $10 and $16 on the page are yearly rates; the yearly totals in brackets are my arithmetic.
Teams billed yearly, at $16 a seat, costs less than Standard Plus billed yearly at $18. And Standard Plus on monthly billing, at $24, costs exactly what Teams Plus costs on yearly billing.

Is Calendly free? What the Free plan covers and where it stops
Yes. Calendly labels its Free plan "Always free", and as of October 2026 it handles one kind of meeting well. It includes:
- One active event type, with unlimited meetings booked on it.
- One connected calendar (Google, Outlook or Office 365) to check for conflicts.
- A customizable booking page you can embed on your site, plus unlimited meeting polls.
- Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams links on bookings.
- 24/7 email support.
Calendly's plan guide states the limit itself: "Choose the Free plan if you only need to schedule one type of meeting and don't require integrations beyond your calendar." These all need a paid plan:
- Payments. Stripe and PayPal both start on Standard.
- Automated reminders and follow-ups, which Calendly calls Automations.
- Meetings with several hosts or several invitees. Group and collective events start on Standard; round robin waits for Teams.
- Removing the Calendly branding from your booking page.
- Webhooks and integrations such as HubSpot and Zapier.
- Notetaker and Callie, apart from 5 free Notetaker recaps that some users get after the trial.
- A second person. "Free plans must upgrade and buy seats before adding users."
One meeting type. One calendar. One person. That is the Free plan.
Only one event type can be live at a time, and only one calendar is checked for conflicts.
Calendly's own post on the Free plan, last modified 2 July 2026, says "you can have one active Event Type at a time, and schedule unlimited meetings with that Event Type." You can keep others, but only one is bookable. A coach with a 30-minute intro call and a 60-minute session outgrows Free the day the second one goes live.
The calendar limit is quieter. Free checks one calendar for conflicts, while Standard and every plan above it check up to six. Keep a work calendar and a personal one on Free, and Calendly can happily offer a slot that clashes with your dentist.
New accounts get two weeks of Teams Plus first, then drop to Free on their own.
Calendly's billing overview says "New Calendly users start with a free two-week trial of the Teams Plus plan. After that, you'll move to the Free plan automatically." The sign-up page calls it a free 14-day trial and asks for no card, and Calendly says no action is needed to make the move.
When the trial ends, "paid features like adding users or creating Automations will be turned off." The help center adds the smaller print.
- Some users get 5 free Notetaker recaps after the trial; more need Standard Plus or Teams Plus.
- Callie's "Beta availability during free trials may vary", so you may not see it in those two weeks.
- To cancel a trial early, Calendly says to contact its billing team.
So the trial shows you Teams Plus, the most expensive plan with a published seat price, at $24 a seat billed yearly or $32 monthly as of October 2026. Judge it by what you actually used. Free is where you land.
Standard, at $10 billed yearly or $12 monthly, is the plan most solo users need
Standard costs $10 a seat a month billed yearly, or $12 billed monthly, as of October 2026. Calendly's plan guide calls it "best for individuals or small teams who need advanced scheduling options", and it lifts nearly every Free limit:
- Unlimited event types, and up to six calendars checked for conflicts.
- Group events (one host, many invitees) and collective events (many hosts, one invitee).
- Automations for reminders and follow-ups, with 250 SMS credits per seat each month.
- Stripe and PayPal payments, with packages and coupons included.
- HubSpot, Mailchimp and Zapier connections, plus webhooks for anything else.
- The option to remove Calendly branding from your booking page.
- 24/7 live chat support.
The iOS app sells exactly one plan: a single-seat Standard, for a solo person on Free or the trial. Calendly cannot change a subscription that Apple manages, so buy on the web if you expect to add seats or change plans later.

Paying yearly saves $24 a seat on Standard and $48 on Teams.
By my arithmetic on the October 2026 list, one Standard seat costs $120 a year billed yearly against $144 on monthly billing, and one Teams seat $192 against $240. The yearly saving per seat:
- Standard: $24, or 16.7% (the card rounds it to 17%).
- Teams: $48, a flat 20%.
- Standard Plus: $72, paying $216 instead of $288.
- Teams Plus: $96, the biggest saving per seat on the page.
Going back is harder than going in. Monthly to yearly is a "Switch to annual" option in Settings; yearly to monthly means contacting Calendly's billing team. Go yearly once your seat count has settled.
Teams, at $16 billed yearly or $20 monthly, adds round robin, routing and Salesforce
Teams is $16 a seat a month billed yearly, or $20 monthly, as of October 2026. It is built for a group that shares incoming meetings.
Round robin, which spreads bookings across a team, starts here; Calendly's event-type guide lists it "On the Teams and Enterprise plans". Routing forms start on Teams too: they qualify a lead before showing them a calendar, built with Calendly's own forms or with Marketo, Pardot or HubSpot. HubSpot lookup matches a known lead to the right rep, and meeting data syncs to Salesforce.
Admins get centrally managed event types, groups, and Zoom connected for the whole team. Single sign-on is an optional add-on on Teams, and none of the pages I read prints its price.
Past 30 seats, Teams gets cheaper per seat, but only on yearly billing.
Calendly's plan guide publishes volume tiers for Teams and Teams Plus on annual plans. "The first 30 seats remain at the same price", and each seat past that costs its tier's rate:
| Seats | Teams, per seat a month | Teams Plus, per seat a month |
|---|---|---|
| 1-30 | $16.00 | $24.00 |
| 31-50 | $14.50 | $22.50 |
| 51-100 | $14.00 | $22.00 |
| 101-200 | $13.50 | $21.50 |
| 201-300 | $13.00 | $21.00 |
| 301 and up | $12.00 | $20.00 |
Calendly help center, "Choose the right Calendly plan" (updated 1 September 2026), annual plans only, read 27 October 2026. Teams Plus costs $8 a seat more than Teams at every tier.
The tiers are marginal. Calendly's own example: "if your Teams plan has 40 seats: seats 1-30 cost $16 each per month, and seats 31-40 cost $14.50 each per month." That puts 40 Teams seats at $625 a month on yearly billing, about $15.63 a seat on average, by my arithmetic. Calendly publishes no tiers for monthly billing and none for Standard.
Notetaker and Callie: the Plus switch adds $8 a seat billed yearly and $12 monthly
Flip "Add Notetaker & Callie" and both paid cards change, as of October 2026: Standard Plus costs $18 a seat a month billed yearly or $24 monthly, and Teams Plus $24 or $32. That is $8 more per seat on yearly billing and $12 more on monthly billing. You will see the switch quoted as $8 a seat; that is only the yearly figure.
Notetaker is the recording half, and Calendly's Notetaker FAQ and compare grid set out how it behaves.
- It joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls once the host or an alternative host approves it, and leaves if nobody does within 15 minutes.
- It produces recordings, transcripts and shareable recaps behind passcode-protected links.
- Recaps are unlimited on Standard Plus and Teams Plus.
- It records at most 2 hours of any meeting, then drops off the call and recaps those first two hours.
- Downgrade later and your past recaps stay; new meetings stop being recorded.
Callie is the scheduling half, and Calendly still labels it Beta. Add callie@calendly.com to an email thread and it finds times, shares options in your time zone and books the meeting with the event type you pick; inside the app, "Ask Callie" answers questions about your meetings and contacts. Calendly says "Callie won't offer a time that isn't available, and it won't make any changes without your approval." Teams Plus adds what Calendly calls "Team meeting context" and admin controls for Notetaker.
Callie is English only. Calendly's pages disagree about Notetaker: the pricing page says both tools are "only available in English at this time", while the Notetaker FAQ lists English, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese. If your team meets in another language, ask Calendly before you pay. If recaps are the main draw, check what dedicated AI note takers cost, or my Otter pricing breakdown, before you flip the switch.

The Standard card lists Callie, but Calendly's grid and help center tie it to the Plus plans.
Even with the switch off, the Standard card shows Callie with a Beta tag. Calendly's compare grid and two help articles say otherwise: "Callie is available on the Standard Plus and Teams Plus plans for English-language users." If Callie is why you are buying, plan on Standard Plus at $18 a seat billed yearly as of October 2026, and confirm with Calendly before paying for Standard alone.
Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year for 50 seats
Enterprise is sold through Calendly's sales team. As of October 2026 the card reads "Starts at $15k /yr", "Starts at 50 seats" and "Available in USD only." Over Teams, it adds:
- SSO with SAML included, where Teams sells it as an add-on.
- SCIM and group provisioning, with domain control on top.
- An audit log and a data deletion API.
- Routing by Salesforce lookup, and a Microsoft Dynamics 365 connection.
- Phone support and dedicated account support, with onboarding included.
- 1,000 SMS credits per seat a month, four times the allowance on every other paid plan.
- Notetaker and Callie on request; the card says to inquire.
Start from the floor. $15,000 across 50 seats is $25 a seat a month, by my arithmetic. On the yearly tiers, 50 Teams seats cost $770 a month ($9,240 a year) and 50 Teams Plus seats $1,170 a month ($14,040 a year). So at 50 seats, Enterprise starts $5,760 a year above Teams and only $960 above Teams Plus. "Starts at" is a floor, and I saw no quote.
Accounts that Calendly manages, Enterprise included, cannot add or remove seats on their own. Calendly's Callie FAQ also makes a company-wide statement: "Calendly does not currently comply with HIPAA, GLBA, or similar health and financial regulations." That matters to clinics, therapists and financial advisers.
Four Calendly bills, worked out
Four buyers, priced on Calendly's US list as of October 2026. Every figure is my arithmetic, before any tax.
| Buyer | Plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo coach with one session type | Free | $0 | $0 |
| Same coach, adding a second session length or taking payments | Standard | $10 a month ($120 a year) | $12 a month ($144 a year) |
| Solo consultant who wants recaps and Callie | Standard Plus | $18 a month ($216 a year) | $24 a month ($288 a year) |
| Five-person sales team with round robin and Salesforce | Teams, 5 seats | $80 a month ($960 a year) | $100 a month ($1,200 a year) |
| The same team with Notetaker and Callie | Teams Plus, 5 seats | $120 a month ($1,440 a year) | $160 a month ($1,920 a year) |
| Forty-seat team | Teams, 40 seats | $625 a month ($7,500 a year) | $800 a month |
| Forty seats with Notetaker and Callie | Teams Plus, 40 seats | $945 a month ($11,340 a year) | $1,280 a month |
My arithmetic on Calendly's US prices and its annual Teams tiers, read 27 October 2026. Calendly publishes no volume tiers for monthly billing, so the 40-seat monthly figures use the card rate for every seat.
Five people on Teams billed yearly pay $960 a year, while the same five on Standard Plus would pay $1,080, so if round robin matters more than recaps, Teams is the cheaper seat. At 40 seats, monthly billing costs $175 a month more than yearly on Teams and $335 more on Teams Plus; $15 of each gap comes from the cheaper rate for seats 31 to 40, which exists only on annual plans, and the rest is the higher monthly seat price.
What the sticker price leaves out
The cards print a per-seat price. Calendly's help center, read 27 October 2026, adds the rules that decide the real bill:
- Every seat is billed, filled or not. "If you have 5 seats and only 4 users, you'll still pay for 5."
- Owners and admins take paid seats. Calendly has no admin role that sits outside the seat count.
- Removing a person leaves the seat on the bill until you remove the seat as well.
- One plan per organization. Everyone must be on the same plan, so one colleague who wants Callie moves every seat to a Plus plan.
- Upgrades take effect at once. Added seats start right away and a new user's seat is charged a prorated amount; downgrades and removed seats wait for the end of the cycle.
- Refunds are the exception. Payments are "generally non-refundable", though support "may review special cases".
- Cancelling means moving to Free at the end of your billing cycle, with paid features until then.
- SMS credits run 250 per seat a month below Enterprise. Texts to the US and Canada cost 0 credits and other countries 1 to 9 each; at 100% texts stop and Calendly sends emails instead, and credits reset on the 1st of each month at midnight UTC, whatever your billing date.
- ACH or wire needs a purchase of $5,000 or more.
- Joining another Calendly organization cancels your own paid plan. If you had paid for a year, Calendly refunds the unused part.
If you are weighing per-seat software against tools that bill by use, here is how per-seat and usage pricing compare. Either way, the seat rules are where a team bill drifts: a departed hire's seat keeps billing until someone deletes it.
Discounts, students and the retired plans
Calendly publishes a short list of discounts, and no coupon or promotion appeared on its pricing page when I read it on 27 October 2026. Here is what exists, and what happened to the two plans older pages still quote.
Nonprofits and schools can ask for a discount on yearly plans, and Calendly lists none for individual students.
Calendly's billing help names three discounts: "Nonprofit and educational organizations (annual plans); Mass Mutual; Atlanta Tech Village." Nonprofits ask through support and send documentation. US organizations need "a copy of their 501(c)(3) determination letter or a screenshot of their IRS tax-exempt organization search profile"; others send an equivalent, such as a charity register entry.
The account stays on Free until Calendly verifies it, and no discount size is published. Calendly lists no discount for individual students either; the educational discount is for organizations.
Essentials and Professional customers keep their price until they switch or cancel.
Calendly stopped selling Essentials and Professional to new customers in December 2024. Current customers keep them: "your price and features don't change unless you switch plans." Nobody can move onto a legacy plan, and if you cancel or a payment fails, you cannot go back.
Calendly maps Essentials to Standard and Professional to Teams, or to Standard for anyone who does not use routing, managed events or groups, with the Plus version of either for Notetaker and Callie. A price quoted for either legacy plan is one a new buyer cannot get.
What the same money buys at Cal.com, Microsoft Bookings and Google Calendar
I read each one's own page on 27 October 2026; Microsoft's business page was read once.
| Tool | Free tier | Cheapest paid option | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Calendly | One active event type, one calendar | Standard | $10 a seat a month | $12 a seat | New accounts start on a 14-day Teams Plus trial |
| Cal.com | Free forever for one user, with unlimited event types and calendars | Teams | $12 a user a month | $16 a user | 14-day free trial on Teams |
| Microsoft Bookings | No standalone plan | Microsoft 365 Business Basic | $7.00 a user a month, annual subscription | Not printed | Bookings is one of 10+ apps in the plan |
| Google Calendar appointment schedules | One booking page with a personal Google Account | Google One Premium, Google AI Pro or Ultra, Workspace Individual, or Business Standard and up | No price read | No price read | Payments and email verification need Workspace Individual or above |
Each vendor's own page, US dollars, read 27 October 2026. Microsoft's business compare page prints only the annual-commitment price, and Google's help pages print no prices.
Cal.com prices per user, the way Calendly prices per seat. Five users on its Teams plan come to $60 a month billed yearly ($720 a year) or $80 month to month, by my arithmetic, and its Free card lists "1-click import Calendly events". Microsoft Bookings arrives inside a Microsoft 365 business plan. On Google, a second appointment schedule, automatic email reminders or checks across several calendars all need one of the paid plans in the table.
Google's AI Pro and Ultra plans are priced in my Gemini pricing breakdown. For assistants that go beyond a booking link, see the best AI scheduling assistants, compared on price.

Which Calendly plan should you pick?
Start from the meetings you take, then count the people who need a seat. US prices as of October 2026:
- One kind of meeting, one calendar, nobody paying at booking: Free.
- A second meeting type, payments or reminders: Standard billed yearly, at $10 a seat a month.
- Meetings recorded and recapped: Standard Plus, $18 a seat billed yearly or $24 monthly. If recaps are all you want, price a dedicated note taker first.
- A sales team sharing leads: Teams billed yearly. At $16 a seat it costs less than Standard Plus and brings round robin and Salesforce.
- Fifty seats or more, with SSO, SCIM or Microsoft Dynamics on the list: ask for an Enterprise quote and set it against Teams Plus at your seat count, which comes to $14,040 a year at 50 seats on the yearly tiers.
If you need meetings set, not just booked, my AI appointment setter comparison covers that job. And if Calendly sits next to a general AI subscription in your budget, the best AI subscription guide weighs those plans.
If Callie is the reason you are looking at Standard Plus, be clear about the job you want done. Callie works inside Calendly: you copy it into an email thread and it proposes times and books the meeting. Gravity, my company, is in public beta: you type the job and an agent someone built runs it. The Inbox assistant in Gravity's catalog in October 2026 does something narrower for Gmail: every morning it sorts new mail into needs you, FYI, can wait and no action, and drafts replies in your voice, with free times from your Google Calendar when someone asks to meet. It never sends an email for you, it does not book the meeting, it has no booking page, and it does not connect to Calendly. Your first 3 agent runs are free; The Free plan costs $0 with no card, and Mini Pilot is $15 a month. Explore agents
For the Gmail side on its own, read what Gemini in Gmail still leaves to you or how an inbox triage agent is set up. Neither one gives you a booking link.
FAQ
1. How much does Calendly cost?
As of October 2026, Calendly's US prices per seat a month, billed yearly, are $10 for Standard, $18 for Standard Plus, $16 for Teams and $24 for Teams Plus; billed monthly they are $12, $24, $20 and $32. Free costs $0, and Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year for 50 seats.
2. How much is Calendly per month?
On monthly billing as of October 2026, Calendly costs $12 a seat for Standard, $24 for Standard Plus, $20 for Teams and $32 for Teams Plus. Billed yearly, the same plans work out to $10, $18, $16 and $24 a seat a month, or $120, $216, $192 and $288 a seat a year.
3. Is Calendly free?
Yes. The Free plan is 'Always free' and gives you one active event type, one calendar connection, unlimited one-on-one meetings and a customizable booking page. New accounts start on a 14-day Teams Plus trial with no card and move to Free automatically when it ends.
4. What are the limitations of free Calendly?
Free allows one active event type at a time and checks one calendar for conflicts. It has no group or round-robin events, no payments, no automated reminders, no way to remove Calendly branding and no Callie, and Notetaker stops at the 5 free recaps some users get after the trial. To add a second person, you must upgrade and buy seats.
5. What is the difference between Calendly Standard and Teams?
Standard, at $10 a seat a month billed yearly or $12 monthly as of October 2026, covers unlimited event types, six calendars, group and collective events, payments, reminders, HubSpot and webhooks. Teams, at $16 billed yearly or $20 monthly, adds round robin, routing forms, Salesforce, Marketo and Pardot, admin-managed events and an optional SSO add-on. Teams also gets cheaper per seat past 30 seats on yearly billing.
6. How much do Calendly Notetaker and Callie cost?
As of October 2026 they come with Standard Plus, at $18 a seat a month billed yearly or $24 monthly, and Teams Plus, at $24 or $32. That is $8 a seat more than the base plan on yearly billing and $12 more on monthly billing. Callie is in Beta and English only.
7. Does Calendly have a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get two weeks of Teams Plus with no card required, then move to the Free plan automatically. When the trial ends, paid features such as adding people and creating Automations are turned off.
8. Does Calendly offer a nonprofit or student discount?
Nonprofit and educational organizations can ask for a discount on annual plans by sending documentation, such as a 501(c)(3) determination letter or an IRS tax-exempt listing in the US, and the account stays on Free until it is verified. Calendly publishes no discount size, and it lists no discount for individual students.
9. Can I get a refund from Calendly?
Calendly says its payments are 'generally non-refundable', though its support team 'may review special cases'. Cancelling moves you to Free at the end of the billing cycle, and paid features last until then. The one automatic refund Calendly describes is the unused part of an annual plan when the person who paid for it joins another Calendly organization.
10. Is there a cheaper alternative to Calendly?
As of October 2026, Cal.com's Free plan includes unlimited event types and calendars for one user, and its Teams plan is $12 a user a month billed yearly or $16 monthly. Microsoft Bookings comes with Microsoft 365 Business Basic at $7.00 a user a month on an annual subscription. A personal Google Account can publish one booking page in Google Calendar for free; more needs a paid Google One or Workspace plan.
