How to cancel your account, automations, or Auto-Refill, and how refunds work.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and account closures work on the Gravity AI platform. It applies in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
Gravity is a digital platform that delivers AI agent services electronically. All services are provided digitally, with no physical goods. This policy describes how you can cancel services, what refunds are available, and how to request them.
You may request a refund for unused Credits within fourteen (14) days of purchase. The refund amount will equal the original purchase price minus the value of any Credits already consumed during that period. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Credits that have been consumed through Agent executions are non-refundable. Once a service is delivered, the value has been provided.
If an Agent execution failed due to a confirmed Platform error (and not due to Agent quality, third-party service outages, or User input issues) and no usable output was delivered, the Credits consumed for that execution will be refunded automatically or on request.
Gravity may issue discretionary refunds or Credit adjustments on a case-by-case basis. Such refunds are not guaranteed and do not establish a precedent.
3.1. You may close your account at any time through account settings or by emailing support@gravity.fast.
3.2. Upon account closure: all active Automations are immediately cancelled; unused Credits may be refunded if you request within 14 days of original purchase (per Section 2.1); access to past execution outputs is removed.
3.3. Account data is deleted within 90 days of closure, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).
4.1. You may pause or cancel any Automation at any time through the Platform.
4.2. No Credits are charged for future scheduled runs after cancellation.
4.3. Credits consumed by completed runs prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
5.1. Auto-Refill can be disabled at any time through account settings.
5.2. No penalty or fee applies for disabling Auto-Refill.
5.3. Credits already added to your account through prior Auto-Refill transactions remain subject to the standard 14-day refund window (Section 2.1).

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence (e.g., EU consumer rights, California consumer rights, India's Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020).
