On this page

It's Monday morning and the marketing team is three people. Somebody has to write the weekly numbers email, the job nobody volunteers for. Thursday's webinar is still an hour of recording that was meant to become five posts.

Then there's the competitor that changed its pricing page on Friday. Nobody noticed until a prospect mentioned it on a call.

Somebody will sell you an AI marketing agent for each of those jobs, and the phrase covers four different products. One lives inside the CRM you already pay for. One is a content platform that now sells agents. One is a canvas where your team builds the agent. The last is a finished agent somebody else built and keeps working.

Which one you want depends on who does the work and what the meter counts. I run Gravity, one of the eight below, so weigh my section accordingly. Prices are as of September 2026.

TL;DR

Eight AI marketing agents, one line each

  1. You want a recurring job done and nothing to build: Gravity. First agent free, in private alpha; ad accounts and analytics suites are not on the alpha connection list.
  2. Your team already runs HubSpot: Agent Hub, included in the Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions.
  3. A Salesforce org and a finance team: Agentforce, with six numbers on one pricing page, from $0 on Foundations to Agentforce 1 editions from $550 per user a month.
  4. Brand-voice content at volume: Jasper, $59 per seat a month billed yearly.
  5. Five people who want several models on one plan: Copy.ai Chat, $24 a month billed yearly.
  6. A marketer who enjoys building: Gumloop. Unlimited seats, metered credits.
  7. Procurement and a security review ahead: Relevance AI, priced in a sales call.
  8. Your ops already run on Zaps: Zapier.

What an AI marketing agent actually is

An AI marketing agent is software that takes a marketing job and carries it through several steps, with some judgement along the way. Give it last week's numbers and it writes the summary; give it a webinar transcript and it drafts the posts.

That definition fits four different products, split by who does the work:

  • Agents inside the suite you already run. HubSpot Agent Hub: the agents run inside HubSpot, and many of them run on HubSpot Credits bought on top of your edition.
  • Content platforms that now sell agents. Jasper, whose Pro plan lists agents for core marketing workflows.
  • Builders. Gumloop, where your team designs each agent and fixes it when a step breaks.
  • Finished agents. Gravity: somebody else built the agent for one job and keeps it working.

Salesforce Agentforce sits with HubSpot, Copy.ai with Jasper, and Relevance AI and Zapier with the builders. Jasper bills per seat, Gumloop in credits. If the word agent still feels slippery, start with what an AI agent is.

Must read: this page is for in-house marketing teams. Running an agency changes the jobs and the maths, and AI agents for marketing agencies is written for you.

8 marketing jobs worth handing to an agent

Jobs first, because the tool follows from the job. Each of these eight repeats on a schedule and links to a task page that goes deeper.

1. The weekly numbers email nobody wants to write

Somebody pulls last week's traffic, sign-ups and pipeline, sets them beside the week before and writes a few lines on what moved. An agent can do that and leave you the one sentence only you can write.

Analytics suites are not on Gravity's alpha connection list, so if your numbers sit only inside one, Gravity is the wrong tool here. How an agent writes a GA4 weekly summary walks through the job.

2. Turn one webinar into five posts

A good webinar holds weeks of material, and most of it never leaves the recording. From the transcript the job is close to mechanical: pull the three strongest points, write a LinkedIn post for each, then add a newsletter paragraph and a short blog recap. Content repurposing with an AI agent covers the pattern.

3. Watching competitor pricing pages

Pricing pages change quietly, and the first to notice can be a prospect. An agent that checks competitor pages on a schedule turns that into a Monday note with three things:

  • the old price and the new one, side by side
  • any plan that appeared or vanished
  • a link to the page as it stands, so someone can check before telling a customer

The competitive pricing tracker covers price moves. Competitor tracking with an AI agent covers everything else.

4. When rankings slip overnight

A page that slides from the top three to page two can go unnoticed for weeks. An agent that flags a real drop, with the query and the date it started, gets you to the fix while it's small; SEO monitoring and alerts with an AI agent sets out the job.

5. What goes in this week's newsletter

Curation is the slow half of a newsletter: somebody reads forty tabs to find five links worth sending. Hand the reading and the shortlist to an agent and keep the final pick.

RSS makes a clean input, and it's on Gravity's alpha connection list. Publishing on beehiiv? Newsletter curation for beehiiv is built around it.

6. Lead scoring: who sales calls first

Sales wants the ten names to call before lunch. An agent can read each new contact's record, score it against criteria you agreed with sales and write one line on why. On HubSpot, check Agent Hub first. HubSpot lead scoring with an AI agent explains the job; AI agents for lead generation covers the step before.

7. Three emails for three kinds of registrant

Registrants split into people who attended, left early or never showed, and each group needs a different email. An agent can split the list, draft all three and hold them for approval; the webinar follow-up sequence task page covers the rest.

8. LinkedIn drafts, waiting for your yes

The founder is meant to post twice a week and manages about once a month. An agent can turn each new blog post into a draft for your approval. A sane setup for LinkedIn content is the longer read.

Job eight starts from a new post in your blog's RSS feed. Describe that job to Gravity in one sentence. Apply to the alpha; your first agent is free.

How I compared them

No bake-off and no trial accounts. Every platform got the same five questions, answered from its own pages:

  • What does the pricing page say? I read Jasper, Copy.ai, Gumloop and Relevance AI on 17 September 2026 and Zapier on 16 September. Salesforce's figures are from 13 September and HubSpot's from its product pages on 8 September, because both pricing pages blocked automated readers on 17 September.
  • What does the meter count? Seats, credits, conversations or a quote; the pricing FAQs and docs say more than the headline.
  • Where does the agent live? Inside your CRM, or outside it.
  • Who does the work? Your team on a canvas, or an agent somebody else built.
  • Who keeps it working? When a connected app changes, that person is on your payroll or on theirs.

Monthly unless another unit is stated, as shown in September 2026; read dates are in the sources. HubSpot's pricing page blocked automated readers, so it has no edition price here.

Read the fifth column before the fourth. Gumloop's $37 and Copy.ai's $29 sit close together, but a sixth marketer on Gumloop doesn't move the seat line, because seats are unlimited. On Copy.ai, the plan listed above Chat's five seats is Growth, at $1,000 a month.

Per-conversation prices need the same care. HubSpot's customer agent costs $0.50 per resolved conversation and Agentforce lists conversations at $2 each, so check what each one counts before comparing them.

Must read: if budget decides it, the cheapest AI agent platforms, from free to $20 a month lines up the low end of the market.

1. Gravity: best when someone else should build the agent

The Gravity app: a prompt box asking what you want to get done

You describe the job in plain words, and Gravity matches it to an agent an independent builder already made. At alpha, agents connect through sign-ins to Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Xero, plus webhooks and RSS, with no file upload or database intake.

Of the 88 launch agents, 79 run on Gmail, 55 on Sheets and 26 on Slack. The catalogue leans hard toward inbox and spreadsheet work.

Maintained by the builder who wrote it

The builder who wrote the agent keeps it working. On a canvas tool that job falls to whoever built the flow. Anything that would message a customer waits for your approval.

Pros

  • Nothing to build or maintain
  • A monthly plan with a lot of usage included

Cons

  • Private alpha, 88 launch agents
  • Ad accounts and analytics suites are not on the alpha connection list
Best for
Weekly marketing jobs that run through Gmail, Sheets or Slack.
Pricing
First agent free, no card. Then Pro at $5 a month during the alpha, or Max at $20 a month for more agents and usage. Buy more usage if you run out. As of September 2026.
Free tier
Your first agent.
Verdict
If the job lives inside an ad account or an analytics suite, that is not on the alpha connection list.

2. HubSpot Agent Hub: best if your marketing already runs on HubSpot

Agent Hub, formerly Breeze Agents, is what HubSpot calls "HubSpot's home for every agent running your go-to-market". Its named agents include customer, prospecting, data, campaign, content, nurture and knowledge base agents. In HubSpot's framing, the campaign agent plans a campaign, the content agent creates it and the nurture agent converts it.

Credits on top of the edition price

Agent Hub is included in the Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions. Many AI features and agents run on HubSpot Credits, bought up front or pay-as-you-go, on top of the edition price. The customer agent, on Professional and Enterprise, costs $0.50 per resolved conversation as of September 2026.

Pros

  • Agents inside the CRM you already use

Cons

  • Credits bill on top of the edition
  • The customer agent bills $0.50 per resolved conversation

It fits a team whose contacts and campaigns already live in HubSpot, and what HubSpot's Agent Hub does and what it costs goes further. Before buying a second tool, check your edition and how your account buys HubSpot Credits.

3. Salesforce Agentforce: best for an enterprise with a Salesforce org

Salesforce's marketing page on 17 September 2026, headlined Multiply every marketer with agents that act and selling Marketing Cloud.

Salesforce sells Agentforce across its clouds, including marketing; its marketing page pitches Marketing Cloud with "Multiply every marketer with agents that act". For an org whose customer data already sits in Salesforce, this is the suite answer.

Flex Credits, conversations or a flat fee

Agentforce starts at $0 on the Salesforce Foundations tier, which bills consumption above it. Flex Credits cost $500 per 100,000 and conversations $2 each. The Agentforce user license is $5 per user a month but requires Flex Credits, and can't be bought alone.

Flat Fee Access is $125 per user a month, and Agentforce 1 editions start at $550 per user a month.

Pros

  • A $0 starting point
  • Several ways to pay on one page
  • Flat Fee Access at $125 per user a month

Cons

  • Six numbers to reconcile before you know the bill
Best for
Enterprise marketing teams with a Salesforce org.
Verdict
These are 13 September 2026 prices; the pricing page blocked automated readers four days later.

4. Jasper: best for brand-voice content at volume

Jasper's homepage on 17 September 2026, headlined Put AI agents to work for marketing.

Jasper's homepage reads "Put AI agents to work for marketing", and the Pro plan lists "Agents for core marketing workflows" alongside 2 Brand Voices, 5 Knowledge assets and 3 Audiences. It suits a team producing a lot of content that has to sound like one company.

Pro and Business

Pro is $59 per seat a month billed yearly or $69 billed monthly as of September 2026, with one seat and a 7-day free trial. Business is custom-priced and adds "Agents for complex marketing workflows, including GEO, translations, and deep research" plus a no-code builder for custom AI agents.

Pros

  • Marketing-shaped from the homepage down

Cons

  • Per-seat pricing grows with headcount
  • The custom agent builder needs Business, which has no listed price
Best for
Content teams publishing on-brand copy every week.
Verdict
Budget by headcount, and ask sales about Business only if you need the custom agent builder.

5. Copy.ai: best for a small team wanting several models on one plan

Copy.ai's homepage on 17 September 2026, headlined The First AI-Native GTM Platform.

Copy.ai calls itself "The First AI-Native GTM Platform". Its Chat plan is $29 a month billed monthly, or $24 a month billed $288 a year, for five seats, unlimited words in chat and access to OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini models.

The three plans listed above Chat

Growth is $1,000 a month billed $12,000 a year, with 75 seats and 20K workflow credits a month. Expansion is $2,000 a month for 150 seats and 45K workflow credits; Scale is $3,000 a month for 200 seats and 75K workflow credits.

Pros

  • Five seats for $24 a month billed yearly
  • Three model families on one plan

Cons

  • A $976 monthly jump from Chat to Growth

It suits a team of five or fewer. All prices are as of September 2026.

The next three are builders. If nobody on your team wants that job, describe the task to Gravity in a sentence. Apply to the alpha.

6. Gumloop: best for a marketer who likes building

Gumloop's homepage on 11 September 2026, an AI automation builder aimed at teams.

Gumloop is a builder: your team designs the agents and picks from 35+ models. Pro starts at $37 a month with a 14-day free trial, 20k included credits a month, unlimited agents and unlimited seats, as of September 2026. Its pricing page banner says Gumloop raised a $50M Series B led by Benchmark.

Your own API keys add an 8% fee

Bringing your own API keys adds an 8% orchestration fee. Seats cost nothing extra, so credits are the number to watch, and the plan suits a team where several people build agents.

Pros

  • Unlimited seats and agents on Pro
  • 35+ models
  • A 14-day free trial

Cons

  • An 8% fee even when the keys are yours
  • Every agent is yours to build and repair
Best for
A marketer who enjoys building.
Free tier
A 14-day free trial.
Verdict
The builder I'd pick for a marketing team that wants to build. Gravity vs Gumloop weighs building against buying.

7. Relevance AI: best for enterprise teams buying through procurement

Relevance AI's homepage on 17 September 2026, headlined Specialist agents for every task.

Relevance AI lists one plan: Enterprise, custom, behind a "Talk to sales" button, with no self-serve price or free tier shown. It includes unlimited agents and tools, no cap on people, 2,000+ integrations, calling and meeting agents, agent evaluations, A/B testing, SSO, RBAC, audit logs and a dedicated account manager.

One Enterprise plan, custom pricing

Pros

  • Agent evaluations and A/B testing
  • SSO and audit logs

Cons

  • No listed price

The number arrives in a conversation, which suits a company with procurement and a security review. A marketer with a card and a Friday deadline should read Gravity vs Relevance AI.

8. Zapier: best if your team already automates in Zapier

Zapier's homepage on 17 September 2026, headlined Smarter workflows. Smaller bills.

Teams already routing form fills and lead alerts through Zaps may find the shortest path to an agent is the account they have. Free is $0, Professional starts at $19.99 a month ($13.33 billed annually) and Team at $69 a month ($66.67 billed annually), as of September 2026.

Next to Zaps in Zapier's navigation

Zapier's navigation lists Agents, "Create your own AI assistants for any task", alongside Zaps, Tables, Forms, Canvas and Chatbots, so you design the assistant yourself. The separate agents pricing page showed no readable price on 17 September 2026.

Pros

  • Agents in the account your Zaps already use

Cons

  • No readable price for Agents alone
  • You design and maintain each assistant
Best for
Teams whose marketing ops already run on Zaps.
Free tier
Free, $0 a month as of September 2026.

Which one should you choose?

On HubSpot, start with Agent Hub: it's included in the Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions, and the new thing to learn is how HubSpot Credits bill.

An enterprise with a Salesforce org should look at Agentforce first. Start from the $0 Foundations tier, with someone from finance reading the pricing page beside you.

For brand-voice content at volume, pick Jasper. A small team that mostly wants several model families on one plan gets further on Copy.ai's $24 plan.

An ops person who enjoys building should try Gumloop, where unlimited seats let the whole team use what gets built.

Teams deep in Zaps can start with Zapier's Agents. Procurement-led purchases belong with Relevance AI.

Gravity fits a narrower case: a job that repeats every week, runs through Gmail, Sheets or Slack, and that nobody on your team wants to build or maintain. If it lives inside an ad account or an analytics suite, that is not on the alpha connection list. Gravity is in private alpha, and your first agent is free.

FAQ

Can AI agents do marketing?

They can take on marketing jobs that repeat and have a clear finished state, like the weekly numbers email or turning a webinar into posts. Positioning and budget stay with people, and on Gravity anything that would message a customer waits for your approval.

What are the big 4 AI agents?

The phrase refers to the general-purpose agents from the largest AI companies, a different question from choosing a marketing tool. The big 4 AI agents explained covers who they are and how a task-running platform differs.

Which AI agent is best for marketing?

The one that matches who does the work on your team. Teams on HubSpot or Salesforce should start with their suite's agents, Jasper suits brand-voice content at volume and Gumloop suits a marketer who likes building. Gravity fits recurring jobs in Gmail, Sheets or Slack that nobody wants to build.

How much do AI agents cost?

Flat monthly prices here run from $0 to $3,000 (Copy.ai Scale), Agentforce 1 editions start at $550 per user a month, and Relevance AI lists none, all as of September 2026. The meter matters more than the list price: a seat on Jasper, credits on Gumloop. Gravity's first agent is free, then Pro is $5 a month during the alpha.

Will AI agents replace marketers?

Not on the evidence of what these eight vendors sell. The products take jobs off a marketer's list, while someone still decides what the brand says.

Is an AI marketing agent the same as marketing automation?

No. Marketing automation follows rules you wrote, such as sending an email after a download, while an agent works toward a goal and writes or decides something along the way. Zapier, for one, lists Agents next to Zaps.
