Gravity is a 100% digital platform. Here's how services are delivered to you.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how Gravity delivers its services to you. As a fully digital platform, all services are delivered electronically through the Gravity website and applications. There are no physical goods, packages, or shipments at any stage.
Gravity AI is a 100% digital platform. All services - AI agent executions, Credit purchases, automation outputs, and account features - are delivered electronically through the Platform. There is no physical shipping, packaging, or courier service involved.
2.1. Real-time delivery. AI agent executions are delivered in real time or near real time through the Platform interface. Most Agents complete in seconds; complex Agents may take a few minutes.
2.2. Account access. Results are accessible in your Gravity account immediately upon completion. You can view, download, or export outputs from the Platform.
2.3. Automation delivery. Outputs from scheduled Automations are delivered on the schedule you configured (e.g., every morning at 7 AM, every Monday). You will be notified via email or in-Platform notifications when configured.
2.4. No physical shipment. No physical items are produced, packaged, or shipped at any stage. The entire experience is digital.
3.1. Credits purchased on the Platform are added to your account instantly upon successful payment confirmation by our payment processor.
3.2. If Credits do not appear in your account within 30 minutes of payment, contact support@gravity.fast with your transaction ID for immediate investigation.
4.1. Worldwide. Gravity is available worldwide, except in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive economic sanctions (see Section 3.4 of our Terms of Service).
4.2. Always-on. The Platform operates 24/7. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance via email and in-Platform notifications.
4.3. Geographic independence. Service delivery is not affected by your geographic location. All processing occurs on Gravity's cloud infrastructure, accessible from any internet-connected device.
5.1. If an Agent execution fails due to a Platform error, the Credits consumed are refunded automatically or upon request (see Cancellation & Refund Policy).
5.2. If delivery is interrupted by a third-party service outage (e.g., a connected tool goes down), Gravity will retry automatically. If retries fail, you will be notified.
5.3. Delivery failures are communicated via the Platform interface and/or email, depending on your notification preferences.
Since all services are digital and delivered instantly, there is no exchange mechanism. If an Agent output does not meet expectations:

7.1. Gravity serves Users globally from day one.
7.2. Since all services are digital, no customs duties, import taxes, or shipping restrictions apply to delivery.
7.3. Pricing is in USD. Local currency conversion is handled by your payment provider at their prevailing rates.
7.4. Some jurisdictions may apply local sales tax, VAT, or GST. These are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.
