About this role
We're building one of the most ambitious AI products on the planet.
Stop building AI agents. Start hiring them.
Chatbots give you answers. Agent builders make you do the building. Gravity gives you AI agents that are already built.
Gravity is a marketplace of ready-to-run AI agents, built by experts and curated by our team. You describe the work in plain words, and the right agent does it, again and again. Builders earn on every run, so the agents keep getting better.
Gravity is B2C. We sell to people, not procurement teams. Anyone can sign up, pick an agent, run it, and pay for the ones they love. We're live, early, and just getting started.
This is a 0→1 growth role. We don't have a proven growth playbook waiting for you to execute. You'll help discover it: who needs Gravity the most, how to reach them, what makes them try it, and what makes them stay.
This isn't a traditional marketing role where success means impressions or how much content gets published. And it isn't a performance marketing role where growth means spending more on ads. We want someone who can create demand, not just capture it.
You'll work directly with the founder and across product, engineering, and marketing to build Gravity's growth engine from scratch.
Your mission: Find Gravity's first repeatable growth engine, take us from 0 to 1, and build the foundation for 1 to 10.
What you'll do
- Own Gravity's 0→1 growth: Figure out who our most valuable users are, where to find them, and what makes them choose Gravity. Turn those insights into a repeatable acquisition strategy.
- Build distribution from scratch: Communities, creators, partnerships, SEO, organic content, launches, targeted outreach, and unconventional channels. Double down on what works and build channels that compound instead of one-off spikes in traffic.
- Nail positioning and messaging: Talk to users constantly, understand which problems they care about, and test audiences, use cases, and narratives until something clicks.
- Turn attention into actual usage: Getting signups is only half the job. Find where people drop off, and work with product and engineering to help more users reach their first successful agent run.
- Help drive our first revenue: Find the high-intent audiences and use cases, and turn real product value into paying customers.
- Build a relentless experimentation engine: Form hypotheses, launch, measure, and learn quickly. Track what matters by channel: qualified visitors, signups, successful agent runs, activation, repeat usage, and paying customers.
- Bring the team together around growth: Set priorities, raise the quality of execution, and keep marketing, product, design, and engineering working toward outcomes rather than activities.
Over time, you'll build the growth loops, referrals, and lifecycle systems that make Gravity grow beyond individual campaigns. But first, we need to find what works.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in growth, GTM, or marketing at an internet product, or exceptional proof of work. Years of experience matter far less than what you've actually built, the users you've acquired, and the results you've personally driven.
- You've taken something from 0 to 1, and you can show it. You helped an early product find its first users or built traction without an established brand or large budget, and you can clearly explain what you personally contributed.
- You understand distribution deeply. Communities, creators, content, partnerships, organic and unconventional channels. You know distribution is a product problem as much as a marketing problem, and you don't need an advertising budget to get started.
- Exceptional marketing instincts. Positioning, storytelling, messaging. You can turn a complex product into something people immediately understand and want.
- You think beyond acquisition. Signups mean nothing if users don't experience value. You understand activation, retention, and referrals, you can analyze a funnel and find the friction, and you measure experiments yourself instead of trusting vanity metrics.
- You're an exceptional executor who is comfortable with ambiguity. You take an idea from hypothesis to execution in days, without a proven playbook, and you know the difference between activity and progress.
Most importantly, you're someone who can make things happen. You don't need a big team, a big budget, or perfect conditions to create results.
If your experience is limited to managing agencies, running ads, or overseeing campaigns without personally building distribution, this probably isn't the role for you.
Bonus points
- Helped take a consumer internet product from launch to its first meaningful traction or revenue.
- Built an organic acquisition channel from zero, or launched on Product Hunt, Reddit, X, or niche communities.
- Built creator partnerships, community-led growth, or a content distribution engine.
- Experience with AI products, marketplaces, or prosumer software, and with PostHog, Amplitude, GA4, or similar.
- Built your own product, community, newsletter, audience, or business.
What counts as proof of work
We care about what you've actually accomplished, not how impressive your previous company's name sounds. Show us things like:
- Products you've helped grow from zero: What was the starting point? What did you personally do? What happened?
- Distribution channels you've built: How did you discover the opportunity, acquire users, and turn it into meaningful traction?
- Campaigns or launches you've executed: What was the idea, how did you distribute it, and what were the results?
- Positioning you've figured out: How did you identify the right audience, messaging, or use case, and what changed because of it?
- Experiments you've run: What was your hypothesis, what did you execute, what happened, and what did you learn?
- Funnels you've improved: What was broken, what did you change, and how did the numbers move?
- Anything you've built independently: A product, community, audience, side project, or business that demonstrates your ability to create something from nothing.
We don't expect you to have done all of these. We want evidence that you know how to turn an idea into traction.
What success looks like
Your first 30 days
You'll understand Gravity, our users, and the market, establish our growth baseline, and start running distribution and positioning experiments. We expect execution from week one, not a month of strategy decks.
Your first 60 days
You'll have early signals on which audiences, messages, and channels work. You'll be building on them with product, and helping us understand what makes people willing to pay.
Your first 90 days
A clearer picture of our highest-potential users, strongest use cases, and most promising channels. Ideally, the beginnings of a repeatable acquisition engine and real progress toward sustainable revenue.
We don't expect you to magically manufacture product-market fit in 90 days. We expect you to help us discover it faster than we could without you.
What you would get
- Full ownership of Gravity's early growth and a direct line to the founder. Your understanding of users and the market will directly shape product, positioning, and company strategy.
- The opportunity to build from zero: No legacy playbooks or processes you're forced to follow. Your ideas, your experiments, your execution.
- Competitive compensation and a share in the upside you help create.
- The freedom to work from anywhere.
- The rare experience of working only with people who are excellent and kind.
We are a remote-first team building this from India. The team is the whole game, so we only bring on people who are genuinely exceptional, low on ego and high on conviction. We would rather wait than settle.
We care more about what you have done than where you have worked. We read every application and reply to the ones we connect with.
If you are exceptional, Apply.
