What counts as usage?

Usage is what your agents actually consume when they run: model calls, tool calls and the time they spend working. Each plan includes a monthly amount, and you only pay beyond that if you choose to buy more.

What happens when a run fails?

Gravity retries first. If the run still cannot complete, you are refunded for it automatically. You will see it in your history with the amount returned. There is nothing to file.

What is the Alpha special?

A reduced price for people who join during the alpha and help shape the product. The price stays locked for as long as you stay subscribed.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Any time. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. There is no contract and no minimum term.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Basic plan is free and does not ask for a card. You add one only when you move to a paid plan or buy extra usage.

Is there a plan for teams or larger volumes?
